Grant shares his experience breaking bread in Africa with you and then invites you to break bread with the King of Kings.
In Tanzania, they call it a chapati. It's bread... mostly water and flour... but it's really so much more. It's also a spoon, a fork, a plate, a napkin, a nutritional staple, a cultural way of extending hospitality, a means of sharing, and a foundational part of African life. Grant got to share a chapati with a precious African pastor. His warmth and invitation to break bread fundamentally altered the way Grant views Jesus' invitation to "do this in remembrance of me" at the Communion table. Grant shares his experience with you and then invites you to break bread with the King of Kings.
