Promotion Weekend

Our goal in AdventureLand is to help your child develop relationships, not only with their small group leader, but also with other children their age. One way we hope will encourage this is to keep children in the same classroom all year long.

We will no longer be promoting children on their birthday. Promotion will happen once a year, based on the school district age requirements.

What does this mean for my child?

Infants – 2 year olds will continue to promote every 6 months based on their birthday and development.

Pre-school ages:

Children must be 3 before September 1st to join the 3 year old class.

Children must be 4 before September 1st to join the 4 year old class.

Children must be 5 before September 1st to join the 5 year old class.

Children who turn 6 before September 1st will move to the 1st grade class in Fun Zones the weekend of June 19-20, 2010
