Experience the Fullness of Genuine Christian Community:

Christ the King Church is blessed to have a vast number of people who serve in ministry, give of their time, talent and treasure, and support the mission and vision of the church. But among that number are many who haven't had the opportunity to fully understand the biblical basis for their faith and service.

Christ the King's Core Curriculum answers that need by giving structure to our mission, vision, and values. The Core Curriculum is an ongoing series of five classes that help you understand your church and take personal ownership in its mission. It's our intent to create a core of fully committed disciples who are all "on the same page" when it comes to their faith in God and the church's goals and vision.

The five core classes will give you a strong foundation of knowledge and tools you need in order to live a successful, authentic Christian life. Each 3-hour class includes lunch, time to meet new people, teach, and Q&A time.

Core Curriculum starts by letting you explore your church, its history, what we believe and why we do the things we do. The course also examines what it means to build a life of discipleship. You'll discover your spiritual gifts, what you're passionate about, and how you can use these gifts. You'll also find out what God's word teaches about sharing your faith and helping those in need. Finally, Core Curriculum show you how to develop a lifestyle of worship and prayer.
