Leader Life

Leader Life represents our commmittment to developing leaders in the context of ministry.  Sometimes this means training or best practice workshops.  Sometimes we'll provide a chance to mingle and compare notes with other leaders.  We are also committed to infusing the lay leadership of CTK with clear mission, vision, and strategy for reaching the lost.

Anyone who wants to engage in ministry is welcome to be a part of Leader Life. Whether you are a visionary leader, a practical implementer, a communicator, have a passion for small groups, coordinate care for friends in need, there is a place for you to serve. We believe the mission of our church is lived out by each person who attends CTK. "To create an authentic Christian community that effectively reaches out..." can be done in so many ways. 

At CTK we are developing leaders to help others experience the joy of salvation and a purposeful life of discipleship. We want others to experience a changed life through Jesus, and learn to be faithful living a life for Him. As we do this, we see that we are part of a greater story that God is writing, a movement of people reaching and teaching others about Jesus.

ARROWS OUT CONFERENCE- Saturday, February 25

Once a year we get an opportunity to gather and celebrate what God has done and is doing in the CTK story at the Arrows Out Conference. This year we will be looking at effective ways to help share and grow in faith. Will you please join us on Saturday, February 25th from 8:30AM-3:30PM?
