Faith Commitment

I offer myself to be used by God to show His love to friends, family and neighbors who are not yet following Jesus. I will ask God to guide me as I support the mission of my church and demonstrate Christian character in my conduct and relationships. I will seek to discover my spiritual gifts and use them as God lead me to contribute to the ministry of my church. I will support the mission of my church financially in accordance with God’s Word. I give the Pastoral leadership of Christ the King Community Church permission to correct my behavior and counsel me accordingly, if clear scriptural principles are being violated. I understand that the Board of Elders may revoke my membership, if I choose not to comply with clearly explained and widely understood steps of correction.

My church commits to train me to do ministry in an area that is of interest to me. My church will provide coaching and support for me, as I carry out the ministry that which I am involved. My church will provide meaningful ministry to support my family and address issues of personal spiritual growth in my own life. My church commits to be a place of prayer where Biblical principles are applied to life and relationships, and the non-churched person is received in love, acceptance and forgiveness.
