Each quarter the benevolence ministry sponsors a Whatcom Dream class. The Whatcom Dream, is an organization committed to helping people reach their dreams through financial literacy. No matter how messed up your financial world is, the Whatcom Dream is here to help you get your head above water and achieve financial stability. Whatcom Dream’s unique approach helps you create a spending plan based on your true core values. When you learn to live and spend by your values, budgeting can be easy!
