Loss comes at us so many ways in life. Whether it's loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a dream, hope, or ideal, loss always brings pain. And pain is where many of us stay stuck, because we've never learned how to fully grieve our loss – or given ourselves permission to do so. If you're feeling stuck, join us for this class by Karolyn Merriman.
