Women's Ministry Logo

A woman's life journey follows many paths. For some, the path winds through the world leaving footprints for others to follow. Another's path may weave relationships that encourage and build up. Still for others, the path may broaden as they seek recovery and healing from the real difficulties of life. There are many paths, but one journey and one glorious destination.


CTK's Women's Ministry would like to walk this journey with you. Whether you're young, mid-life or have many years of life experience, Women's Ministry is designed to help you look upward to God's character as you discover Him in a new and deeper way, to look inward as you discover who you are in Christ and then look outward as you discover God's plan for your life.

Our focus is to be a ministry where women can connect in fellowship, where they are encouraged and enriched by studying and applying God's Word, and a place where women are equipped to grow, serve and reach out with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The end result should be women reaching out to other women with hope for the future and forgiveness for the past through shared experiences. We invite all women to come and enjoy the journey with us.

EVENTS

LIVING PROOF LIVE WITH BETH MOORE:  SEPT. 18, 2010

On September 18, women will gather in locations all over the world to watch Living Proof Live, a live simulcast featuring Beth Moore. The event brings her teaching to life as she offers insights that touch the hearts of all women. Beth will be joined by acclaimed worship leader Travis Cottrell and band. 

 Join us for this 1 day event here at CTK or at Faith Community Church in Lynden.

  • 8:00AM – 4:00PM
  • Cost: $15.00
  • Tickets will be available, beginning Aug. 7, 2010 at The Connection Point or at The Reception Desk during office hours at CTK. Call Faith Community (360) 354-0536 for info on their ticket sales. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and good only for the location you purchased them, only.

 

DINNER AND A MOVIE NIGHT - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2010

This event is the perfect combo of great food, a great movie, and plenty of opportunities to connect and laugh with other women. We will feature the movie "Pride and Prejudice", with a potluck. Find out what to bring when you RSVP at The Connection Point beginning the week-end of September 25 and 26.

WOMEN'S SMALL GROUPS 

Women's Small Groups are another great way to connect with God, connect with others, and connect others to God. Groups meet in homes weekly, monthly, or several times a month. Small groups are less focused on study and more on one-another prayer and sharing your story. If you're looking for a chance to be real and seek God together in the ups and downs of life, try a small group. For more information, contact (733-1337 ext. 212).
