I first moved to Whatcom County in 1990, residing and going to high school at Nooksack Valley. After graduating I spent a year at Torchbearer Bible School in Germany and England before starting at Whitworth College in Spokane. Having received my degree in International Business from Whitworth, I moved to Winter Park, CO where I was able to use both my business skills and my international experience to minister at Timberline Lodge, a Bible School and Retreat Center. I spent four years in Colorado working with college age men and women who had a passion for knowing Christ and allowing Him to live in and through them.

My husband, Seth, has a huge desire for discipleship and loves to teach God’s Word. We met in Colorado and were married in 2001. We moved back to Whatcom County in July 2005 so that Seth could start Seminary. He is taking classes online, working full time and watching our son, Isaiah, while I work part time at CTK. We are thrilled to be closer to my family and to be part of such a loving church. I work with the Young Adult and Alpha Ministries at CTK. It is a privilege to serve our great God and to see how He works every day in the lives of those right around us!
