I have been serving on the CTK staff since September 1997. I am the Director of the Outfitters Ministry, with a mission to help you discover your unique, God-given design, passions, gifts, talents and personal style so that you can explore and experience significant opportunities for service that fit your design. I also have a private career counseling practice, and teach classes regularly at the local colleges. I love to help people figure out what they are wired to do here on Planet Earth.

I have been married for over 20 years to my wife Christa, and I have three incredible children, Daniel, Melissa and Christopher.

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Education, and a Masters Degree in Adult Education with concentrations in Career Counseling, and Training and Development.
