At Christ the King Community Church, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Each time you enter an area of the site that may require personal information, including the on-line store, and giving areas, we use the highest possible Internet encryption to secure your data. When you see a Secure Page symbol, you will know you have entered a secure area of the site where all available measures have been taken to ensure the safety and privacy of your information. At no time is your personal information accessible to anyone but you and at no time will we share your data, including email address, with any other organization or third party. We may occasionally notify you via email of important news, events or Christ the King Community Church services.
The following additional information is provided to ensure our compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998)
- Cindi Greer (cindi.greer@ctkbellingham.com) is CTK's Database Director, and as such, is responsible for the collection and management of all personal information.
- If a child under the age of 13 attempts to submit personal information, a parent's consent will be required for that submission. Confirmation of that consent will be obtained by CTK.
- Parents have the right, at any time, to request to view the information that we have collected on their child(ren) by contacting our Database Director.
- Parents have the right to ask CTK to delete any information we have gathered on their child(ren) by asking that they be removed from our database.
- At no time will CTK request more personal information than is necessary from a child under 13 as a requirement for entrance into any promotional contest or activity.
