Our Mission

We are absolutely committed to the mission of our church:

To create an authentic Christian community that effectively reaches out to unchurched people in love, acceptance and forgiveness so that they may experience the joy of salvation and a purposeful life of discipleship. 

This is the heartbeat of our church. Whether we accomplish this mission through services, communities and small groups, or by living out the one-another commands of the Bible in our daily lives, the bottom line is still the same: we are here to bring people to Jesus so that they can be saved. Regardless of the wreckage and the ruin that may accompany them, we will reach out just as Jesus reached out to us.

Our Strategy

Our strategy is to balance the tension between developing authentic Christian community within the church while effectively reaching out to those outside of a relationship with God and his people. We intentionally do both weekend services, community gatherings, small groups and individual friendships. 

Our Values

At Christ the King Church we have certain approaches to life and ministry that we value. We will sacrifice other activities and attitudes to maintain their priority. These values govern the way we think and behave:
